The three star Hotel Vereda Real is in a semi rural area near the town of Valencina de La Concepcion, some eight kilometres from the centre of Sevilla.

The accommodation, at the Vereda Real, comprises 55 rooms on two floors, each room having a complete bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, digital television, internet access, a mini bar and a safety deposit box.
