The accommodation, at the Las Miramas Corralejo complex, which was built in 2004, comprises 232 one or two bedroom apartments, each having a bathroom, a lounge with a sofa bed, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental security box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a buffet restaurant, a poolside restaurant, a salon bar with live shows, and 'Bar Marismas' (a cocktail bar), a laundry service, luggage room and currency exchange. There are two swimming pools (one heated in winter), and a children's pool (also heated) surrounded by sun terraces, with sun beds and parasols, a children's play area, a gym, sauna and jacuzzi, a tennis court and two squash courts. A programme of entertainment is provided, and guests can take part in various sports and activities, including volleyball, mini golf and use the multi sport court. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
