The accommodation at the Oasis Papagayo complex comprises 381 one or two bedroom apartments, each with a private bathroom, a lounge area with a sofa bed, a kitchenette, and a balcony or terrace. Four apartments are adapted for disabled guests. There are also 17 luxury villas with three bedrooms (one en-suite) and private pool terraces. The apartments are equipped with pay to view television and a rental security box. They are cleaned five times a week, towels changed three times each week and the bed linen changed once weekly.

The facilities at the apartments include an a la carte restaurant, a buffet restaurant, a lounge bar, mini market, a luggage room, internet access and currency exchange. There are five pools, one splash pool, one salt water pool, one heated salt water pool, one salt water play pool and a fresh water swimming pool, surrounded by sun terraces with sun beds and parasols, set in gardens and with a poolside snack bar. Entertainment is provided by the tour operators, not the hotel. Guests can take part in various sports and activities, such as table tennis, tennis, volleyball, and petanque or use the multi sport court. There are a number of shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities in the Papagayo Commercial Centre, near to the apartments.
