The accommodation at the 13 storey Florida Tenerife comprises 308 double rooms, 24 single rooms and three suites. Each room has a private bathroom and shower, and a balcony or terrace (no balcony for single rooms). The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a telephone, piped music and a hair dryer. A safety deposit box can be rented on arrival.

The facilities at the hotel include a restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool and children's pool (both heated in the winter), a children's play area, a pool snack bar, and a hairdresser. A programme of entertainment is provided and guests can play table tennis, squash, pool, pétanque and mini golf.
