The three key El Capistrano Villages Apartments complex is situated about half a kilometre from Nerja and its beaches.

The El Capistrano Villages complex has various swimming pools, with adjoining ones for infants, surrounded by cypress trees, olive trees and palm trees and close to green areas and sun terraces. One of the pools is indoors and heated for the winter. There is also a sauna, two bars, restaurant, supermarkets and various shops.

The apartments complex has villas of one, two and three bedrooms and maisonettes of one and two bedrooms. The villas comprise a living/dining room, kitchen and one or two bathrooms. Furthermore, all the villas have a garden, porch and two or more terraces. The maisonettes comprise a bathroom and a living/dining room with incorporated equipped kitchenette. The maisonettes have a private garden with porch or/and terrace. There are also three superior villas. 'Villa Karen' features, on the ground floor, a living/dining room with fireplace, doors to the porch and to the small private garden, a toilet and kitchen comprising a cooker, granite work top, oven, fridge and utensils for up to six people. In the living room there is satellite television with remote control. The second floor features two double bedrooms, each of them with a built-in wardrobe and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a double bed (king size) and a private terrace. From this terrace and the bedroom windows one can enjoy views over the gardens in the El Capistrano complex and the sea. The second bedroom, with two single beds also features a typical Andalucian terrace overlooking the gardens. 'Villa Natacha' is a one bedroom villa and comprises a living/dining room that opens to the porch and a private garden, furnished terrace, kitchen with hob with built-in oven, bathroom, satellite television and safety deposit box. 'Villa Noeli' is a two bedroom villa situated in the very centre of the complex, a few metres away from its swimming pools. The villa features a living/dining room with fireplace, satellite television and terrace overlooking the gardens and the sea. In the terrace, a spiral staircase takes guests to another sun terrace. The kitchen is equipped with oven, dishwasher, a fridge and granite work tops. The bedrooms, one with double bed (king size) and the other one with two single beds, each have built-in wardrobe and safety deposit box. A bathroom with Roman bath and jacuzzi completes the living area of this villa.
