The Club Maspalomas I complex is situated in the area of Campo Internacional, near to the Faro II shopping centre and about two kilometres from the beach and the dunes of Maspalomas. There is a free shuttle bus to the beach several times a day. The Maspalomas golf course is 1,000 metres away from the complex.

Accomodation is provided in bungalows with a twin bedroom, lounge, kitchenette with fridge and electric hob, pay per view satellite television, safety deposit box (at an extra charge) bathroom and furnished terrace with private garden.
