The accommodation, at the Sun Park, comprises 220 apartments on two floors, each having a bedroom, a bathroom/shower, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. Each apartment is equipped with a telephone, pay to view satellite television, and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the aparthotel, include a buffet restaurant, a bar, a snack bar, two swimming pools (one heated in winter), two children's pools, a tennis court, a small play area and a fitness room.
