The one key Flamboyan Apartments are situated in the higher area of San Agustin, some 500 metres from the beach and three kilometres from Playa del Ingles, on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, and about 30 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Flamboyan complex, comprises 150 apartments, each having a private bathroom/shower, a kitchenette, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a bar, a gym, a swimming pool (heated in winter) surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, a self service laundry, a luggage room, currency exchange and a tennis court. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants within about 400 metres.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering or half board.
