The four star Pestana Palm Gardens Ocean Villas are situated on a plateau some 200 metres from Centianes beach, (which is reached down a flight of steps) and about 800 metres from the centre of Carvoeiro on the southern coast of the Algarve in Portugal. The villas are approximately 60 kilometres from Faro Airport.

The accommodation, at the Pestana Palm Gardens Ocean complex, comprises 78 two bedroom town houses, each having a bathroom with hair dryer, a kitchenette and most having a balcony or terrace. All are equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a direct dial telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the villas, include an Italian restaurant, 24 hour reception, two swimming pools, (one heated in winter), a sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, and a health club with a gym, sauna, massage rooms, a beauty salon and tennis courts. Live music and shows are provided during the summer.
