The accommodation, in the Brisa Sol, consists of 94 studio apartments and 74 one bedroom apartments. Studio apartments sleep two people and have a shared lounge/bedroom with twin bed, kitchenette and bathroom. Some studios have a single sofa bed. The one bedroom apartments sleep four people and have twin beds, lounge with two sofa beds, dining area, kitchenette and bathroom. All studios and apartments have air conditioning, central heating and either a balcony or terrace with garden furniture, most with pool view. Safety deposit boxes, telephone and satellite television are provided and the kitchenettes are fitted with a sink, fridge, electric stove with two hotplates and toaster. One bedroom apartments also have microwave cookers.

Facilities at the aparthotel include an indoor heated swimming pool, an outdoor swimming pool for children, an outdoor pool for adults with sun terraces, sun loungers and parasols, flood lit tennis court, squash courts and a health club with gymnasium, sauna, hydro massage and Turkish bath. There is a courtesy bus from the apartments to the beach and town centre, which runs three times a day.

The aparthotel's 'Dom Pio' restaurant provides a varied buffet breakfast with a choice of continental and traditional English cooked fare and there is an à la carte dinner menu with Portuguese and international dishes in addition to daily three course menu. During the summer season, the pool-side snack-bar provides sandwiches, light meals and drinks and the bar 'Algarve' serves cocktails and other beverages. The aparthotel provides live music featuring different musicians and performers, or karaoke, once or twice a week during the winter season and five or six times per week during the summer months.

The Brisa Sol has a range of function and conference facilities including audio visual equipment such as slide projectors, data video projection equipment and overhead projectors for hire. The Brisa Sol caters for wedding receptions and all types of social and business functions. The 'Amendoeira' room is used for lectures and seminars, the 'Amoreira' room is used for parties, reunions, wedding receptions and banquets whilst the 'Figueira' room is designed for presentations, lectures and addresses.
