The two key Las Tartanas Apartments are situated some 700 metres from the beach and 100 metres from the shopping and entertainment centres in Playa del Ingles, on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, about 30 kilometres from the airport.
The accommodation at the single storey Las Tartanas complex comprises 42 apartments, each having a private bathroom and shower, a rental safety deposit box, a hair dryer and ironing board, and a terrace.
The facilities at the apartments include a swimming pool, and a laundry. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities nearby.

I stayed at Las Tartanas bungalows in June 04. It was a lovely place to stay - friendly staff, clean and fantastic little bungalow with your own garden loungers, tables and chairs. The bungalows were close to everything. A thoroughly enjoyable holiday ? recommended

I booked an 'accommodation allocated on arrival' trip to Gran Canaria in 1999 and was placed in Las Tartanas. I went out of my way to get placed here again in 2001 and 2003, each time having a great stay.
The place was clean, peaceful with friendly reception staff, lovely gardens, great bungalow apartments and is central to facilities. I'm looking forward to going back there again in December 2007.
