The one key Mocanes Apartments are situated on the hillside, about twenty minutes walk to the beach and ten minutes to the centre of Puerto Rico, on the south western coast of Gran Canaria, about 50 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Mocanes complex, which were recently renovated, comprises 16 one bedroom apartments to sleep two to three adults, each apartment having a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette, a lounge with a sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace. The apartments are equipped with free satellite television and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a swimming pool and a shop.There are many steps within the apartments. The rooms are cleaned five times weekly, the towels changed twice per week There are many shops, bars and restaurants in the town centre of Puerto Rico.
