The two key Serenada Bungalows are situated some 300 metres from the beach and 400 metres from the centre of Corralejo, on the northern tip of Fuerteventura, about 50 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation at the Serenada complex comprises 50 one bedroom bungalows, each having a bathroom, kitchenette and a private terrace. The bungalows are equipped with pay to view satellite television, a telephone and a rental safety deposit box.

The facilities at the bungalows include a swimming pool, a children's pool, surrounded by sun terraces, with sun beds and parasols, a pool bar, a mini market and a laundry service. There are a number of supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants within walking distance.
