The two key Puerta del Sur Apartments are situated in the Bellavista district, some eight kilometres from the centre of Sevilla.

The accommodation, at the Puerta del Sur complex, comprises 82 studio type apartments, each having a complete bathroom and kitchen, and being equipped with air conditioning and heating, and a television.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a cafeteria and reception, both open 24 hours. The apartments are cleaned daily.
