The hotel has 120 double rooms, all with a balcony with views over the sea and the swimming pool which is converted in the stern of an ocean liner to evoke a cruise ship docked in a bay.

The Cala Galdana also has six suites, 24 single rooms and 48 double rooms with views out onto the garden waterfall and the bird zoo. All the rooms have windows with 'heat mirror', double glazing, fire resistant curtains and bedspreads, fire detector, safety lock, digital telephone, satellite television, air conditioning, mini bar and bathroom.

The hotel also offers the Villas d'Aljandar which are 43 apartment-bungalows of 70 square metres, all with two bedrooms, lounge, two bathrooms, kitchenette, mini bar, balcony, digital telephone, television, safety lock, double glazing and air conditioning. 15 apartments have just one bedroom, one bathroom, balcony, dining-room, kitchen, mini bar, telephone, television and air conditioning and the 18 luxury apartments have one bedroom with hydro massage bath, lounge, telephone, television, mini bar, air conditioning and a balcony which can convert to part of the lounge.

Facilities at the hotel include 24 hour reception and lobby, fitness centre with gymnasium, jacuzzi, sauna, solarium, massage and beauty treatments and a conference room used for ceremonies, conferences and meetings with capacity for 350 people (450 square metres). The conference room connects to balconies and is equipped with air conditioning, microphones, audiovisual equipment and background music. The hotel has a games rooms with board games and library area, as well as a programme of daytime and evening activities. The 'Es Llaüts' buffet restaurant has two buffet services (breakfast and dinner) with a variety of dishes. Guests can enjoy pasta in the 'Rincón Italiano' (Italian Corner) and there is show cooking. The restaurant has a menu for children, vegetarians and special diets. The 'Planetario' lobby bar has a cocktail menu and is open from 10.00 until 23.00 hours. The snack bar 'Amurada' is located by the pool and during the day there is a pool and snack service. The 'Lighthouse' pub and 'Oasis Terraza' bar are also located by the pool. At night there are professional shows on the open-air stage.
