The three star Alp Hotel is located in Cerdanya at an altitude of 487 metres. It is surrounded by pine trees and is six kilometres from the village of Alp, 16 kilometres from Puigcerdā and the French border and just 50 kilometres from Andorra.
Facilities at the hotel include a buffet restaurant, lounge bar, with pool tables, games and satellite television, video room, indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, children's pool, pool bar, gardens and sun terrace. The hotel also features a gym, disco, film once a week during the summer and a floodlit sports pitch.
The Alp has 150 rooms, all recently renovated and equipped with a bathroom, television and telephone. There are some suites with a lounge area to accommodate up to six people.

The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly, but the food range is not very high. The meat was raw. The bar was expensive. There is an arcade down below that keeps you occupied during the day along with swimming and there are discos in the evening.

I am a continental coach driver and transport school children to ski resort of Masella and La Molina. The Alp hotel is comfortable, spotless, clean and the food is excellent on a multi choice self service basis. Door step skiing is an added bonus.
I would definitely recommend as I have now stayed at the Alp hotel on four trips.
