We had an excellent, one bedroom apartment for four weeks this year. The apartment was spotless and kept so by the cleaning maids each day. The apartment was on the tenth floor, with the most wonderful double aspect views, so we saw the sea and the promenade.

The Stella Maris apartment block is in a very convenient part of town, with buses and restaurants nearby and a large supermarket just round the corner. The reception staff were very pleasant and helpful.

We have stayed at the Stella Maris on three separate occasions in the last four years with our kids. We have stayed in a one bedroom and two bedroom apartment which have both been ample. It is basic but very clean and all you need whilst on a week's holiday.

The fact that it is right on the beach is a real big bonus for us. It also has a clean but small pool. You can walk to everything here - restaurants, bars, kids' fairs etc. The Aqua Park is just a short taxi ride away.

The maids are great and the receptionists are efficient if a little stern.

Great staff, clean rooms, hot water when you want it, good beds, good place to eat on the ground floor, supermarket 100 metres away that is well stocked! Good location on the beach. I think I will try and book for later in the year.
