The three key Mar y Playa Apartments are situated only 20 metres from the beach and some 1,000 metres from the centre of Ibiza Town, about eight kilometres from the airport, on the south east coast of Ibiza.

The accommodation, at the Mar y Playa complex, comprises 142 apartments and 24 studios in two buildings, each having a private bathroom, a kitchenette, a lounge with sofa bed, and a balcony or terrace, many with sea views. Some rooms are equipped with air conditioning, and pay to view satellite television, but have no balcony, and there are two two bedroom apartments with air conditioning and sea views.

The facilities, at the apartments, include a buffet restaurant, a bar, currency exchange, a luggage room, laundry service, a swimming pool with sun terrace, a gym and a television/games room. Some entertainment is provided and guests can play squash or table tennis. There are many shops, bars, clubs and restaurants in Figueretas.

Board basis available at these apartments is self catering, bed and breakfast or half board.
