I spent two weeks in the Green Field with my girlfriend the last week in August and the first in September. We were in an apartment which was at the front of the hotel and had a nice sea view. But in the front of the hotel, on the other side of the road, there is also an Irish centre, with lots of Irish pubs and of course, lots of drunk Irish teenagers. The pubs are playing very loud music till three in the morning, so we could not sleep at night. And when the disco finally finished, the drunk 'kids' were going back to the hotel, so they were screaming oll over the hotel. This hotel is maybe good for Irish teenagers, who want to be drunk every night, but is very bad for other people who want to enjoy their holidays..

The pool is not very clear and there is a highway at the rear of the hotel, so you can hear the traffic all day and night. The food is typically Irish, so if you're expecting some Spanish food, because you are in Spain basically, forget it.

I will never go there again and I'm sorry that I spent so much money for a hotel like the Green Field..

Just back from a great week. Stayed in the Green Field and they were just brill. Lovely and clean with a great pool and have good air conditioning which was definitely needed as it was so warm.

Night life is just outside the door. Would definitely go to the foam party - it was a laugh and everyone is so friendly. The reps and PRs were all really nice. So upset to be home.

Excellent place to stay - right in the heart of the nightlife - Greenfields was superb! Only if you are young and foolish though! Nightlife only starts around 11 p.m. and carries on into the wee small hours.

Rooms very clean although basic. And there were cats everywhere! Staff were very helpful. If I went to Playa del Ingles again, I would book Greenfields without hesitation!
