The Tabaiba Center complex is divided into two sections, separated by a private parking area. Each section has a swimming pool. Other facilities at the complex include a reception, bar that has live music twice a week, and restaurant that has a sea view and serves an English breakfast, buffet style and a la carte dinner menu.

All apartments are equipped with a kitchen, safety deposit box (for rent), pay per view television, telephone, bathroom and terrace with sun chairs. Studios sleep two people and have a sofa bed, apartments sleep up to five people and have a sofa bed, as well as double and single bedrooms.
