The two key Playa Honda Apartments are situated in Playa de Las Americas, some 100 metres from the beach and 800 metres from the central entertainment centre, on the south west coast of Tenerife, about 20 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Airport.

Cockroaches, filthy, crime-ridden, used condoms under the bed and irritable, useless staff. Need I say more? Avoid like the plague - the Playa Honda hotel is about as nice as dysentery.

This was the worst place I have ever stayed! Tenerife is great but Playa Honda is a dump! It's so dirty, the lifts don't work, there are loads of break-ins and it's so noisy! Stay well clear!
