We have been to Tenerife about three times and have stayed at this hotel every time. What we like about it is that it secure so the parents know where their children are at all times. You are at the centre of everywhere, not far from the beach or the bars, the staff are very friendly and well presented and the hotel is kept clean and tidy. The entertainment is good and is for all the family. I would recommend this hotel as a must to anyone who wants to give Tenerife a try.

Only booked a few days before we went and didn't know what to expect. Had a great time. The reception staff couldn't have been nicer. The bar and restaurant staff were really friendly and Thomas the manager was always around if you needed him, not that we did.

The rooms were clean and spacious with nice sized balconies. Booking again for October and can't wait.

I think the hotel was o.k., but the cleaning and the bathroom was terrible. The staff were very nice and I enjoyed the swimming pool.

After a recent one week stay at these apartments, I found the reception staff to be of the utmost ignorance. On one or two occasions when I asked "could you change me some money please?”, there was no response verbally, the member of staff just waited for me to hold out my money then proceeded to put their hand in the till and produce the euros. There was no please, thank you or anything else. After all, it doesn't cost anything to be polite, which is the way I was brought up.

Stayed at Parque de la Paz in 2002 and 2003. We took our daughter and her husband and the two grand children. The hotel is very nice and close to all amenities. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The pool is ideal for young children. The staff were quite friendly. We enjoyed the hotel so much for it's location so we have booked to go there in August 2005 and we are going back again in December 2005.

I have been to Tenerife many times and absolutely love it. I have been to these apartments four times and each time have really enjoyed myself. It is clean and tidy and has the essentials you need, what more can you ask for from a holiday. I loved my time staying at this place and am visiting it again for 14 days at the beginning of July!
