The three key Compostela Beach Resort Apartments are situated 200 metres from the club house on the Las Americas golf course in Playa de Las Americas, some 800 metres from the centre of town and 1,300 metres from the beach, on the south west coast of Tenerife, about 20 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Airport.

The accommodation at the Compostela Beach Resort complex, which was built in 2001, comprises 445 apartments, in 11 three storey blocks. Each apartment has a private bathroom/shower, a balcony or terrace and a kitchenette, and is equipped with air conditioning, a telephone, satellite television and a safety deposit box.

The facilities at the apartments include a restaurant serving à la carte or buffet meals, a pool bar, a cocktail bar, two swimming pools (one heated), a children's pool and playground, a supermarket, laundry facilities and internet access.
