We enjoyed our selves and it was so clean, Staff very cheerful and helpful. We are going back in October 2008 and, with a bit of luck, end of July 2008. The Parque Santiago III is a great hotel.

This is a fab place to stay in Tenerife. We were lucky enough to get this on allocation on arrival! The rooms are really clean and the pool is top quality! It is central and is right by the beach and shops and restaurants. Best of all is that it is down the road from 'Starcos' and 'Veronica Strip' where I partied every night!

We have been to several other apartments in Tenerife, but have been back to Santiago III many times. They are excellent. We are going back again this year and I cant wait. The apartments are really clean and spacious. The facilities are great. We just love every part of these apartments and the surroundings.

Parque Santiago III are in an exellent location right by the sea front, by loads of restaurants and if you love shopping, then you wil be in your element here. Right in the hotel, there is a huge shopping complex selling a range of things.

The apartments are very clean and laundry changed all the time. The pool area is very clean as well and there are enough beds for everyone and umbrellas. I cannot fault this hotel at all. I've booked up to go back in April 2005.
