My wife and I recently returned from a three week all-inclusive stay at the Ciudad Blanca and we both agree it was probably our best holiday ever. We had never gone all-inclusive before and had never been to Majorca or stayed in an Iberostar hotel before either, however our experience in this hotel was wonderful.

All-inclusive was a great option and absolutely everything was covered by this - we did not get bored with the hotel restaurants as the variety of food on offer at each meal was enough to keep us very happy, as well as unlimited wine, beer etc.

I must give special mention to the hotel entertainment staff who were absolutely fantastic - although we did not have any children with us, it was obvious that the Ciudad Blanca is a great place for family holidays as the staff look after the kids so well, with activities and a show every night which was HUGELY popular. As well as looking after the children, the staff also ran adult games / sports during the day, awarding medals and prizes etc. and this was a great way to get up off the sun-lounger and do something active for a while. We really enjoyed the evening shows and overall the standard of entertainment was very, very good.

The clientele here were 80% German and we found that they were very respectful and ensured their children behaved very well at all times - as a ‘couple' we did not have one single instance of annoyance of ‘pesky kids' over the entire three weeks - probably not something you could say about previous holidays with Irish and English kids around the pool!

Rooms and the hotel in general, were spotless and every staff member we spoke to was pleasant, helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone wishing to relax (with or without children).

It was a so nice hotel. I loved it from the first time i´d walk in to it. It was a so good service. Nice personel. Everything! And it was fun with the show in the evening :D. I want to go back there once again some time.

It's an amazing hotel, right on the sea front, yet it felt exclusive from the other hotels. We loved the privacy of the gardens and pools location yet we could walk to the beach. Food was delicious. Well served by the waiters and staff helpful. Would stay again.
