A superb hotel in a marvellous location. The staff are so very friendly, helpful and informative. Spotlessly clean and very well maintained.

The food is buffet service and is excellent. We cannot recommend this hotel too highly. The management of the Eden hotel is outstanding.

I booked the Eden hotel because of it's facilities - air-conditioning, safe, fridge in room, pool, and location. We planned on doing some walking and Port de Soller is ideal, so having a fridge in the room for drinks and snacks was brilliant.

When we got there, the nearest free car park was a ten minute walk away. The fridge and safe had to be paid for. There were also TVs in the room but you had to pay to rent a remote control to switch channels! The air conditioning wasn't on, despite the temperature being over 25 degrees all week, and most of the hotel rooms being in full sun all day. When I complained, I was told it wasn't hot enough! The walls were very thin, and the doors to the rooms so close together that when next door came home, it sounded like they were unlocking your own room door.

It was a real shame, because the hotel was very clean, and quite well-maintained. However, I think next time we stay in this resort, it will be somewhere else.

We have stayed at the Eden on three occasions and the main asset of this hotel is it's staff, who are so very efficient and pleasant. The rooms are very comfortable and the food adequate but not outstanding but still excellent value for money.

At the moment there is a lot of building work going on in Port de Soller and will make the place hectic during this summer.
