The three star Casablanca Aparthotel is situated in a slightly elevated position overlooking the sea and is just 200 metres from the beach and 300 metres from the resort centre with its cafés, restaurants and shops.

Casablanca facilities include air conditioning throughout, four floors and one lift. There is a reception, television lounge, fireplace, two bars, lounges, bicycle garage, table tennis and non smoking buffet restaurant. Outside is the swimming pool with sun terrace, children's pool and pool bar. The hotel provides entertainment in the form of weekly music evenings during the summer on the terrace.

All 87 rooms in the aparthotel have a telephone, central heating, air conditioning, bathroom and balcony. Three bedded rooms are also available. Single rooms do not have a balcony. There are also 23 apartments in the Casablanca, 17 of which comprise one bedroom with bathroom, lounge, living-dining room with kitchenette and telephone. Other apartments have two bedrooms. Most of them have a terrace with sea view.
