The La Pergola was renovated in 2002 and consists of 92 units divided into five types of accommodation. AP1 apartments are one bedroom apartments with a bathroom, living room, kitchen and balcony. AP1 luxe apartments are similar to AP1 apartments, but more luxuriously equipped. AP2 apartments have the same equipment as AP1 apartments but with a second bedroom. Bungalows are duplex units with a bedroom, bathroom and balcony on the first floor and a living-dining room, kitchen, terrace and garden on the ground floor. Villas have two bedrooms on the first floor as well as a bathroom. They have a living-dining room, kitchen, toilet, terrace with barbecue and garden on the ground floor. The villas share a private swimming-pool.

The aparthotel features three swimming pools, children's pool, sun terrace with sun beds and parasols, indoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gymnasium, tennis court, bar, restaurant 'La Pérgola' offering a selection of international and Spanish cuisine, piano lounge, breakfast buffet room, table tennis and pool tables, children's playground and conference rooms.
