"Yucca Park Is Great"

I went to the Yucca Park in March/April this year. The apartments where we have stayed in the past have always been clean and tidy. Now, with new owners, everywhere you look the apartments are beautifully refurbished and the complex is clean and tidy. The reception staff have never been rude and unhelpful.
I would also like to point out that there are no longer any time share salesmen allowed on the complex and as for the bin men, they go to all the other complexes and hotels in Tenerife in the early hours of the morning.

Don't be fooled by pool side area and cafe at the Yucca Park, these were excellent. But these apart, don't take apartment at the front as bin man calls at 03.30 daily and makes one awful noise.
The rooms, while adequate size wise, are very ill equipped and 'tired'. The settee was worn and battered, armchair seat wont take more than a child without falling through. etc.
Our patio wall rendering was all fallen off and in any event, this area faced a blank wall. Perhaps should be grateful only one cockroach seen in room during our week.
Reception staff rude and unhelpful (despite booking made weeks earlier had never heard of us upon arrival!) The cafe is also home to time share salesmen, sometimes four or five at a time, trying to keep a hold of their latest catches (to be fair they do not approach apartment guests). Surely there are better places around about better than this!

Have stayed at the Yucca Park many times and have now bought an apartment here to rent out. Superb location - only two minutes walk from Fanabe beach (which is blue flag), plenty of places to eat to suit every taste at really good prices yet quiet in the evening. If you are young and looking for night life then you will not find it on your doorstep but will have to take a short taxi ride.

We found Yucca Park to be so quiet and relaxing. The apartment was so clean and had everything we could have wanted. We would go back any time.

Well, if you are feeling fed up, go to the Yucca Park. What a hole! We were there for two hours maximum and had a fast taxi out. We are disabled and booked this place hoping it would be a break for our children as well.
Room was way from reception. When you opened the door it was like a hovel. Fridge door hanging off, settee with rips in the materials and need a good clean.
Reception unable to help. Few phone call by us to our agent and we were off. Don't put up with it, it's your money.

We were told these apartments were five star. They were basic. The kitchen worktops were filthy. We had a microwave in the middle of the living area and the beds were like hardboard. Would'nt rush back to the apartments.
The resort was beautiful, very clean and lovely restaurants.

Great apartments to stay in. Very clean and well presented. Even had a full cooker, microwave, iron and ironing board for no extra. Hotel staff very friendly, the bar pool was great value for money.
Superb location, only a few mins walk to beach. Lots to do around complex. Would recommend to anybody.
