This hotel is never four star, it is a good three star hotel! I must say that when a hotel is advertised as four stars, I have the expectation of four star service, four star rooms, four star breakfast, lunch and dinner, four star location and just basically four star. If you are prepared for a decent three star hotel, this would be very acceptable.

However, bearing in mind the four star thing, I felt the room was dirty (a bit itchy), breakfast, lunch and dinner were all very much the same and it was a bit like eating in a school dining hall, everyone staring at you because of the way the seats were arranged. The food was acceptable.

The reception area was very grand. A shame the same can't be said for the staff - pretty poor quality I'm afraid.

This hotel is at the top of an enormous hill and a good half hour walk away from Costa Adeje, so beware.

Had this hotel been advertised as three star, I would have been happy with the standard of service received, however it wasn't.
