The five star Jardines de Nivaria Hotel is situated some 30 metres from the beach in Costa Adeje, on the south west coast of Tenerife, about 20 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Aiport.
The accommodation in the five storey Jardines de Nivaria comprises 27 suites, 47 studios and 364 double rooms. Non smoking rooms are available. Each room has a private bathroom/shower and a terrace or balcony, and is equipped with air conditioning, telephone, satellite and local television, music channel, mini bar and safety deposit box.
The facilities at the hotel include restaurants, bars, two pools (one heated), and a children's pool and play area. Visitors can play tennis, squash, or use the putting green or gym.
Board basis available at this hotel is bed and breakfast, half board or full board.

A most enjoyable stay with friendly and helpful staff. Expensive at the bar but worth paying the extra for drinks as first class entertainment thrown in.
Room was first class with fresh flowers in the room on three separate occasions. Only downside was finding a cockroach in the bathroom at the end of the second week of the holiday, otherwise very, very clean !
Food in restaurant was first class with the option to eat at the sea front a la carte restaurant on two occasions during our stay. Only downside to the restaurant would be the lack of explanation as to what and where etc. This would have helped on our arrival.
