The two key Colonial Parque Apartments are situated some 1,000 metres from the beach and from the centre of Los Gigantes, on the western coast of Tenerife, about 50 kilometres from the Reina Sofia Airport.

The accommodation at the seven storey Colonial Parque complex, which was renovated in 2003, comprises 42 apartments each having a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette and a balcony or terrace. The apartments have television and a safety deposit box (rented on arrival).

The facilities at the apartments include a swimming pool and cafeteria. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.
