This Iberostar hotel is a Mediterranean-style hotel with 190 rooms in seven one storey blocks with no lifts. All the rooms are fitted with telephone, safety deposit box, flat screen television with satellite connection, air conditioning, central heating, mini-bar, microwave, kettle and bathroom. When making a reservation, the following options are available: Suites and family suites (which include a bedroom and separate living room with two sofa beds, a balcony or terrace and a bathroom), superior rooms (with a larger bedroom, a balcony or terrace and a bathroom), and superior rooms for single use.

Facilities at the Iberostar Playa de Muro Village include a lobby, reception, cigar lounge, beach club with a private sandy solarium, towel service, sun terrace in the garden with loungers and parasols, indoor pool and whirlpool (closed in July and August), massage, shopping centre, eight bars with different ambiances and entertainment, a buffet show cooking restaurant with an exterior terrace, a grill-buffet restaurant on the beach (open from 15 June to the 15 August, also open for dinner), an a la carte restaurant on the beach and a burger house. The hotel offers daytime activities at the sports area of the resort and different entertainment at night with live music and professional shows. For children the Playa de Muro Village offers a separate children's pool, playground, mini club (for children aged from four to seven), special children's buffet and from June to September also a maxi club (for young people aged from eight to 8-12) and a 'Teenieclub' (for ages 13 to 17).
