We had a great week at the Gran Canaria Princess. The hotel is in an excellent position for all that Playa del Ingles has to offer. The staff were great, but I have never been to a hotel in my many years of travelling where the restaurant was inadequate for the number of guests. You had to have breakfast at 8 a.m or be prepared to queue for ages and in the evening if you are not down for dinner by 6 p.m., be prepared to queue for ages. Please sort this out and we will return.

This hotel was the best hotel I had ever stayed at because there is great food! There was brilliant service. Go there, it's great!

I visited this hotel in 2003 and the service was superb. Lovely clean rooms and pool area, in a great location a stones throw away from the Kasbah shopping centre, the irish centre and all amenities.

The entertainment(sporting activities)during the day was great and entertainment team superb. Night time shows were a little lame for a **** hotel, however, a great holiday and a reason to return for 2004.

However, standards had fallen considerably on this visit. Pool lounger mats had disappeared, pool cleanliness had gone down and the hotel was in need of a good repaint, not to mention the four out of five pieces of gym equipment that where broken. However, food still top class and daytime entertainment fantastic but now only worthy of a *** rating in my opinion
