Accommodation is in 48 apartments that sleep two people, with the possibility of accommodating a third person on a sofa bed. All apartments have a living/dining area, kitchenette with two cooking rings and fridge, balcony, bathroom, pay per view television and telephone.

Facilities at the Caseiro Azul complex include an adult's swimming pool, children's pool, sun terraces set in garden and pool tables.
