The three key Cordial Biarritz Bungalows complex is situated about 15 minutes walk from the seaside promenade, some 800 metres from the beach in Playa del Ingles, on the southern coast of Gran Canaria, about 30 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation at the Cordial Biarritz complex comprises 76 one or two bedroom bungalows, each having a private bathroom and shower, a kitchenette, and a patio/terrace. Each bungalow is equipped with telephone, satellite television, and music channels. A safety deposit box can be hired on arrival.

The facilities at the bungalows include a swimming pool (heated in winter) with a children's section, an à la carte restaurant, a poolside snack bar, three floodlit tennis courts and mini golf. There are many shops, bars, restaurants and entertainment facilities nearby.
