The four star aparthotel has three four storey modern buildings and one two storey building with 69 bedrooms. All the buildings together offer 760 double bedrooms, 131 duplex rooms and eight junior suites. All the aparthotel rooms have bathroom with hair dryer, terrace, telephone, air conditioning, colour satellite television and safety deposit box. There are two types of apartments, in the Estival Park complex, sleeping two to four people and four to six people. All are equipped with a lounge-dining room with a double sofa bed, colour television, one or two double bedrooms, kitchen, fridge and washing machine, bathroom and terrace. They also have a garden area with a swimming pool for adults and children. The apartments do not have a telephone or air conditioning.

The Estival Park has air conditioned public rooms, children's playground and mini club, car park, solarium, video room, disco and meeting rooms with various capacities. There are also three restaurants with buffet service offering international and Mediterranean cuisine. Another option that guests have is the a la carte pizzeria, which is only open in high season. There are also four snack bars where guests can eat at any time of day, as well as three pool bars. The aparthotel's sports centre has facilities for paddle, tennis, indoor football, volleyball, squash or swimming in any of the resort's pools, of which there are four for adults and three for children. Guests can receive private tuition for any of these sports as well as renting any material required to carry out the sport. There is also an aerobics room with specialised instructors. Those who like golf can enjoy the courses in Tarragona, just a few kilometres from the complex (Golf Costa Dorada, Golf Aigüesverds and Golf Bonmont) and just 200 meters from the Estival Park, guests can go windsurfing, sailing or diving. From May to October the aparthotel has a daily and nightly entertainment programme.
