The Monseņor apartment complex is situated on a hill in Playa de Cura, between Puerto Rico and Puerto de Mogan. The Amadores beach is one kilometre away.
The Monseņor complex has 228 apartments divided in to 24 blocks with six lifts in three. Each apartment is equipped with a bedroom with two single beds, living-room with sofa bed, kitchen, telephone, coin operated television, bathroom and balcony.
Facilities at the apartments include four swimming pools, children's playground, sun terraces, table games and mini golf. There is also a buffet restaurant and a 'Cave Bar'. The Anfi Taurn golf course is situated next to the hotel.

The hotel in itself is very good with its five swimming pools, snooker tables, tennis courts and views. The rooms are stardard with a bedroom, bathroom, balcony, and living area. The only problem is the area they give to cook in its very small and there are only two hobs, fridge freezer and a sink.
