The Riu Palace Meloneras Resort Hotel is situated 800 metres from the beach of Msapalomas in the area of Meloneras and 200 metres from the resort's shopping centre. It is six kilometres from the centre of Playa del Ingles and is set in subtropical gardens.

The hotel is built in colonial style.
