Unser Aufenthalt vom 23.07.-02.08.06

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in drei Bungalows untergebracht. Unser erster Eindruck war leider schlecht. Der Empfang an der Rezeption war alles andere als erfreulich. So unfreundlich wurden wir noch nie empfangen!
Die Bungalows waren o.k. Das Essen war tadellos. Leider war viel zu wenig Animation (Kinder von 9-17 Jahren). Einmal war eine Show um 21.30 Uhr angesagt - fand dann erst nach 22.30 Uhr statt.
In den Shops war das Personal auch äußerst unfreundlich.
Wir werden auf Gran Canaria nicht mehr Urlaub machen - so viel Unfreundlichkeit auf einmal war uns entschieden zu viel!!!

We were accommodated with two families in three bungalows. Our first impression was bad, unfortunately. The welcome at the reception was everything but cheerful. We have never been greeted in such an unfriendly manner!

The bungalows were ok. The food was fine. Unfortunately there was too little entertainment (children from 9–17). Once a show was scheduled for 21.30 – it didn't actually start until 22.30.

In the shops, the staff were also very unfriendly. We are not going to holiday on Gran Canaria again – so much unfriendliness at one time was too much for us!
