The Parque Hotel is centrally located close to the bus station, sports centre and the beaches, as well as the places of historical interest in Las Palmas.

The hotel was renovated in 1995 and redecorated in 2001. It has 102 rooms and five junior suites, all with double glazing, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, internet access, mini bar, satellite television, safety deposit box and views over the San Telmo park and the sea. Rooms are available for non smokers. Junior suites also have a lounge.

The Parque features a restaurant 'La Terraza del Hotel Parque' which is on the sixth floor and which has views and serves regional dishes with a selection of wines. The hotel also has a business centre with rooms seating from ten to 150 people, with all the necessary facilities for meetings and conventions, as well as working lunches and coffee breaks.
