The Concorde Hotel is located in the very heart of Las Palmas, in the midst of the commercial and entertainment district of the town. It is only 50 metres from Las Canteras beach, which has the blue flag of the European Community and is only 300 metres to the Santa Catalina Park. The hotel also has easy access from the airport and ferryboat piers. It is close to the harbour and the Alfredo Kraus auditorium and is well connected to the congress centre, the Negrín hospital and the island's sports centre.

The Concorde was refurbished in May 2002 and has 126 double rooms and two junior suites. All rooms have sound-proof windows, bathroom with hair dryer and beauty set, air-conditioning, mini bar, telephone, PC and modem plugs, satellite television and safety deposit box. Double beds and rooms for disabled guests are available on request. Junior suites offer the same facilities as the double rooms but are equipped with different furniture and have a sitting room and a small luggage room as well as a private terrace with sun beds and umbrellas. Room service is available from 09.00 to 23.00 hours.

The hotel features the fully air conditioned café-bar 'La Columna' which is located on the ground floor and has access from the hotel lounge or the adjoining streets Tomás Miller and Luis Morote. The restaurant 'Mirador' is on the upper floor and has a view of Las Canteras beach. The restaurant is air-conditioned or buffet meals can be taken on the sun terrace. Breakfast is a hot and cold buffet and the buffet evening meals consist of international dishes. On the top floor of the hotel, guests can find the outdoor swimming pool for adults and children as well as a sun terrace and sunbeds with mattresses, umbrellas and a panoramic view of Las Canteras beach. Furthermore, the hotel boasts several function rooms for meetings and conferences with coffee breaks, breakfasts and business lunches. These banqueting rooms are also suitable for private celebrations. The conference rooms have natural daylight and air conditioning and are designed for up to 240 persons. They are equipped with television, telephone, paper boards, projector, screen, video and wireless and fixed microphones. The hotel also has a business corner in the reception area which is equipped with a personal computer, IDD line with internet connection, telephone, photocopier and fax machine.
