The two key Altamar Apartments are situated in Bahia Feliz, just five minutes by car from San Agustin and ten minutes from Playa del Ingles. They are close to the resort centre which has all the necessary services such as a beach and an open air commercial centre with cafe, pubs, supermarkets, shops, restaurants and bars.

Each apartment consists of a bathroom, balcony, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), satellite television (at an extra charge) and kitchenette.

Facilities at the Altamar complex include a swimming pool, pool bar, garden areas, mini market and restaurant which serves snacks during the day and dinner in the evening.
