The Marina Plaza-Son Rigo Apartments are a two-building complex surrounded by a Mediterranean garden and only 80 metres from the beach of Playa de Palma. The complex is also close to the resort centre.

The Marina Plaza-Son Rigo complex offers three different kinds of apartments: studies, which can accommodate up to two adults and a child, apartments with one room, to accommodate up to three adults and a child and apartments with two rooms, which accommodate up to five adults and a child. All the apartments have a sea or garden view and are equipped with a bathroom, balcony or terrace, air conditioning, safety deposit box (at an extra charge), satellite television and kitchen. Apartments are cleaned five days a week, sheets are changed twice a week and towels are changed three times a week.

Facilities at the apartments include a supermarket, table tennis, two outdoor pools in the Marina Plaza area, one of them for children and one with jacuzzi, an outdoor pool in Son Rigo, as well as an indoor heated pool. The complex provides a programme of children's and adults' entertainment. In the 'Son Rigo' restaurant, guests can enjoy a cold and warm buffet, with show-cooking at breakfast and dinner. The 'Plaza' restaurant serves a variety of food and drink all day. The bar-cafe 'Plaza' is next to the pool and sun terraces.
