The Ayron Park Aparthotel is situated 50 metres from the Playa de Palma beach, six kilometres from the airport, one kilometre from the Club Nautico in s'Arenal and 12 kilometres from the capital of Palma. It is also close to the resort centre.

The Ayron Park consists of 90 double bedrooms with the possibility of additional beds and 12 single bedrooms, all with terrace, bathroom, air conditioning, telephone, safety deposit box and satellite television. The aparthotel was renovated in 2003 and double-glazing was installed in the bedrooms. There are also 20 apartments, each with bathroom, kitchen, double bedroom, lounge with two sofa beds, safety deposit box, terrace and satellite television.

The Ayron Park features a swimming pool with jacuzzi situated in the garden area, sun loungers on sun terraces, table tennis, a children's play area, tennis and bar service is available. The terrace is situated adjacent to the swimming pool with one part open to the sun and the other shaded by a porch where guests can enjoy the complete bar service. The air conditioned dining room offers a cold and hot buffet with breakfast, lunch and dinner and the air conditioned lounge, which is situated on the main floor, has a television and bar service. Music and dancing is available at various times throughout the week.
