The three star Catalonia Hotel Princesa is situated near the Arc de Triunfo in the Gothic quarter, and close to the centre of Barcelona, some 16 kilometres from the airport.

The accommodation, at the Catalonia Princesa, which opened in 2002 in a typical building of the area, comprises 90 rooms, each having a full bathroom with hair dryer, and being equipped with air conditioning, satellite television, a telephone, a mini bar and a safety security box. Most rooms have a separate shower in addition to the bathroom.
