"Sol Apartment Disgusting To Say The Least"

We have just returned from the Sol apartments and I must say they are disgusting. The sink was cracked, the windows you could not see out of and the mattress was urinated on and stank. The door on the fridge was red and rusty and the bath was hand painted. After the cleaner had been, there was hair all over the floor and the sides were not wiped down.

Reception opened when it wanted to and on Monday 21/3/10, there was a note on the bar for holiday makers to collect keys for their rooms from the bar across the road. What a brill start to your holiday. I would never return to that apartment even if it was free.
