The Novo Park Aparthotel is located in Paguera, 350 metres from the beach, 250 metres from the resort centre and 200 metres from the pine woods.

The aparthotel consists of 164 rooms on four floors and was renovated in 2001. It has two blocks of south facing studios and apartments and a third building in between, where guests can find the reception, bar-lounge, dining-room, bar-terrace, sun terrace, snack-grill and large garden area with two swimming-pools with sun loungers. Other facilities in the Novo Park include an indoor heated pool, sauna, tennis court, children's playground, pool and table tennis tables, as well as an entertainment programme.

Each studio or apartment in the Novo Park is equipped with a fridge, a kitchenette, bathroom, central heating, safety deposit box, telephone, satellite television, balcony and telephone.
