The Florida hotel is terrible. I mean the staff are rude and nasty but only to the English. We are not welcome there at all.

The pool is tiny - looks bigger in pictures. You are not allowed balls or lilos in the pool as its too small and they take them off you.

The food is all rubbish. I had to eat chips and pizza because I don't eat sea food and all types of weird food - not a big selection of English food at all. I hated it and will will never go back. Please don't waste your money. Spend a little more and go some where better. No air con and it's hot in the room.

Magaluf I would rate ten out of ten. This hotel is zero out of ten.

The Hotel Florida Magaluf staff very friendly. Good choice of food and some great views.

Only drawback - it is on the top of a ski slope of a hill.

Me, my partner and two friends were originally booked in the Florida hotel but on our arrival were told we had to be moved for two nights to a different hotel due to a pipe leak and then move back there, only to find out by our rep the following day there was no leak, the hotel had just been overbooked! We decided we wanted to stay where we had been moved (Vista Nova) to save hassle of repacking and moving again (as we also didn't want to stay where we were lied too) and were constantly told that because it wasn't where our rep was based they weren't sure whether we could do that, luckily we checked at Vista Nova and they said we could stay without any hesitation!
