The three star Village Panorama Hotel is situated on a hillside overlooking the village of Agia Pelagia, some 600 metres from a sandy beach and two kilometres from the village centre, on the north coast of Crete, about 18 kilometres from Heraklion.

The accommodation, at the Village, comprises 160 rooms, each having a bathroom and a balcony, and being equipped with air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, a fridge and a safety deposit box.

The facilities, at the Hotel, include a restaurant, a bar, 24 hour reception, a satellite television lounge, internet corner and a mini market. The Hotel also a swimming pool, sun beds and parasols, a pool bar, a children's playground, and entertainment. Some facilities may be subject to a local charge.

The Hotel provides a courtesy bus to and from the beach. Due to its position the Hotel is not suitable for those with walking difficulties, or with push chairs.

There are a number of bars, clubs and restaurants in Agia Pelagia.
